Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Woof Craft (www.woof-craft.com). We take pride in our craft and want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

  • For hygiene reasons, items heavily covered in pet hair or showing signs of being chewed/soiled cannot be accepted for a refund.

2. No Final Sale Items

At Woof Craft, we want you to shop with confidence. We do not have "Final Sale" items; all products purchased from our store are eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Sales@woof-craft.com so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Sales@woof-craft.com with your order number and the details of the product you would like to return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
